As this new platform add group feature to BMC account for higher security scenarios and the MAAS created BMc account don't have any permisslon to control power, so the default MAAS Commission would fail. A handy workaround is to enable option of "skip configuring supported BMC controllers with a MAAs generated username and password" during Commission.More detail can be found at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/2028532/comments/8
